How does it work?

As part of our pool, we will assess your suitability to work across Wilpena. We will then draw upon your skills and talent, to assist us during peak times, or as full time positions become available.

What skills do I need?

Ikara Wilpena requires dedicated and committed workers. Some of our roles will require experience, but many will simply require a willingness to learn and be part of our team, be on time, and contribute to our proud Yura company! Be ready to come to work with a smile, and a bright positive attitude toward our customers and colleagues.

What next?

We will assess your application for suitability and advise you of an outcome within 2 to 4 weeks. We will also touch base with you regularly by phone or email, to ensure you wish to remain in our pool.
